TinkerCAD - 6 October 2015

LESSON 2: SCALE, COPY, PASTE

Lesson Objective: 

-To identify components used in creating the 3D model by specifying shapes used, directions roatated/height adjustments.

-Take a screen shot of each block created and generate it in you blog.


In this lesson, I finished three cylinders using three programming techniques called: Scale, Copy, Paste. 

STEPS TO MAKE THE CYLINDERS:

  1. Take a cylinder and place it in the workplane area outlined in orange.
  2. Now take another cylinder and place it next to the first cylinder.
  3. Next use the white dot on the second cylinder and scale it to 15mm.
  4. Now take another cylinder from the shape padlet or the tool box and place it on the other side of the first cylinder.
  5. Reduce the height of the third cylinder to 10mm
